Fees and Insurance
The WorkFirst Occupational Health Center participates in most
third party insurance plans. We are providers for CompTrac, AlaMed and
many self-insured companies. Please contact our billing office, PRN
(Physicians Resource Billing), at (256) 775-0432 for more information.
For members of the Cullman Regional Medical Center's workers
compensation service, CompTrac, please have employees bring an
authorized CompTrac form at time of treatment. This will make sure the
claims are discounted prior to reaching your office or insurance carrier.
For patients seeing Dr. Powers for services other than worker's
compensation, please bring a copy of your current insurance card. Such
services might include, EMG's, chronic pain, muscular or rehabilitation
problems.
